Membership
Joining the NSIA comes with many benefits. In addition to 8 educational meetings per year, membership also includes participation in the Annual Provider Appreciation Fair and Education Day. NSIA, together with our lobbyist and legal team, has a strong voice during legislative sessions and regulatory hearings. We fight for fair changes to the workers’ compensation law while fighting against detrimental changes that may harm the employer.
Legal Updates
Members receive updates on legislative and regulatory issues affecting the Nevada’s workers’ compensation field and have opportunities to voice recommendations and concerns on Nevada’s ever changing laws.
